This course is a favorite among local golfers. It is fairly well laid out and challenging, but also accessible for the mid-to-high handicappers. The fairways and green are well kept, though the course is not as groomed as it could be. The course is perhaps most famous for giving Tiger Woods a bit of a challenge (1 under 70 on a par-72) when he won the 1996 Las Vegas Invitational. The practice facility is one of the largest and best in town and has a full staff of instructors available for lessons.
