The Mirage offers perhaps the best salad bar of all the casino buffets. This thing is huge, plentiful in its variety and fresh, and that's all you need in that category. In fact, the Mirage offers a fairly health-conscious buffet, when compared to the others in town. The dining room is set up like a verdant tropical garden, with palm trees, fountains, floating plants and scattered flower beds. Both the brunch and dinner buffets serve an extensive and widely assorted amount of food, as evidenced in the Mirage's higher prices. Daily: breakfast is 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., lunch is 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.. and dinner is 3:00 p.m. - 9:10 p.m.; Sunday hours: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Children under age five eat for free.
