The MGM Grand Buffet offers a fairly elegant atmosphere resembling early Hollywood. The buffet serves up brunch and dinner with a vast menu for each that changes daily. During dinner, guests are usually treated to eight different all-you-can-eat entrees, including shrimp and other seafood dishes. During brunch, the buffet features meat-carving stations and all-you-can-eat prime rib.
