The Sahara Steakhouse is one of the nicest casino steakhouses in Las Vegas. The atmosphere is luxurious and the service is impeccable. The menu offers lots of chops as well as some seafood entrees, but the real attraction is the beef. The Sahara's dining room is simple, but elegant and the knowledgeable staff is very accommodating. The wine list is extensive so you'll be sure to find the proper wine to accompany your entree. It gets crowded so reservations are requested. Open for dinner only.
