The Luxor offers several different movies in IMAX 2-D and 3-D format, in addition to a wide array of other such family entertainment in their huge atrium above the casino floor. The seven-story-high movie screen shows a variety of movies, some thrilling, others drab. If you're afraid of heights, request to be seated on a lower level. If you're prone to motion sickness, do something else, like visiting the King Tut Museum. Regardless, the atrium is a nice escape from the gaming hall.
