Description:

The flashy billion-dollar casinos lining the Las Vegas strip had to make room for one more in August 2000, when the Aladdin Resort & Casino held its grand opening in front of a large and anxious Las Vegas crowd. The casino features a fanciful Arabian theme - continuing the Las Vegas tradition of bringing other worlds and eras to the Strip

Located at the site of the original Aladdin, which was imploded in 1998, the new resort is located directly across from the Bellagio and neighbors Paris Las Vegas to the north. It features more than 130 retail shops inside its Desert Passage shopping complex and has a 7,000-seat theater for performing arts (the only mid-size venue in Las Vegas).
The $1.4 billion resort boasts 2,567 oversized guest rooms and two outdoor pools. All guestrooms feature marble bathrooms, including separate soaking tubs, separate showers and private water closets. The rooms also offer two phone lines, high-speed Internet access and cordless phones.

The Aladdin has a 100,000-square-foot main casino, which includes 2,800 slot machines, 87 table games, Keno and a race and sports book. The casino also features the 35,000-square-foot London Club, which is the city’s only European-style luxury gaming salon. This elegant area offers baccarat, Pai Gow poker, roulette, blackjack and premium slot machines. Sinbad's Palace, a higher-stakes gaming area, features live entertainment visible from various locations throughout the property.
